I can only guess how many steps I did a day before the Fitbit – I’d say around 3 to 4 thousand at most, and that was on a good day. Now, I really try to get more. I’ll write a post about some of the things I’ve been doing, but one of the biggest is taking the long way to the bathroom. I drink coffee and water, so I have to go a few times a day. Instead of going straight there and back to my desk, I go the longest way I can – up a floor then back down, then up another staircase and down then to the bathroom. One trip this way, there and back, is almost 1000 steps.

I do have an activity question. Do you know how many steps you were doing before you got it? The amount you have done is two weeks is amazing.

By the way, the strata looks delicious! I will try that since I just started weight watchers. But do you happen to know how many points is the chocovine? My mother and I have some and don’t know how to count it, thanks so much!

You found too big of a torchon? I guess if you couldn’t fit the leftovers through your car door it MIGHT be too much….lol.

Comment on What do you do with a box of cake mix, when you don’t want to cook things that come in boxes? by Lynn http://sitstaycook.com/?p=523#comment-2663 Mon, 19 Dec 2011 21:56:10 +0000 http://sitstaycook.com/?p=523#comment-2663 HA! I truly am torn when it comes to box mixes. On the one hand, they’re not real food. On the other, they make some pretty tasty (if not real food) desserts. All things in moderation, as they say.

A friend of mine recently made a lemon version. In between scarfing down her yummy cookies I was giving her the business for using a boxed cake mix. :)

Welcome to the Supper Club!
